I wanted to follow up on the spray foaming of my crawl space. Since your last inspection, I see and feel a radical difference in the following. Level of humidity is half of what it was, now between 45 and 49%. There are no longer random insects finding their way into the house; we seem to be insect free, a wonder in the South. The squirrels are having to find someone else's house to pluck insulation for their nests. The house seems to stay cooler, longer. While I suppose any spray foaming company could have done the job, after thoroughly researching and interviewing six other companies, I am delighted with Energy One, the work you've done and the "what can we do to help?" attitude you, especially, have always demonstrated. When I questioned an air-conditioning related issue, you came with a helper, went under the house again, and searched for any gaps in the original spraying. That made all the difference. My confidence in you and Energy One as folks who are part of the community, interested in establishing relationships with their clients and building an excellent reputation, were well warranted. Neighbors here discuss their homes with one another. I will happily share my TJ and Energy One experiences with them. And should I ever build a home on that lot we discussed, it's pretty certain I'll be asking Energy One to seal the entire envelope. Again, many thanks for your friendliness and "can do" attitude. As a bit of positive feedback, Ronald and his fellow workman were brilliant even with the few hiccups they encountered. Ronald took the time to explain to me what to expect or when they encountered problems and I think an update during the work is beneficial for everyone involved. I have already had neighbors and other local residents asking about the work being done and I will happily tell them and forward contact details.

I would highly recommend Energy One insulation. They removed the old insulation in my 28 year old home and replaced it with a soy based sprayed on foam, in both my crawlspace and in my attic. Before doing this project I had 3 estimates and Energy One was the most cost effective. The was done in a timely fashion. The workers were great. They took out the old insulation and now my house no longer has that musty smell after being closed up. My energy bills are way lower each month. Thank you Energy One and TJ Anderson you were a great representative.
